So only fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea does not mean that you have Coronavirus positive, it can be Allergic reaction, flu, dengue or other viral infection.
Seeing only the symptoms, we need not to be worried at all. Because, to overcome or fight against this kind of symptomatic illness, we have enough natural antibodies in our body. No medicine is even required to take in this condition. If needed, then only symptomatic treatment, supportive care means the medication which is used to reducing the signs and symptoms for the comfort and well-being of the patient such as: Paracetamol, cough syrup, antihistamine, natural and traditional medication, in some cases a doctor might prescribe antiviral drugs. After taking this kind of medicine if the condition is not improved then we will go for test or other clinical treatment.
After the test, if it shows coronavirus positive then nothing to be worried about because according to the WHO, around 15% of COVID-19 cases are severe, and 5% are critical and remaining all can recover. Those in a critical state require a ventilator to breathe and other clinical treatments. But at this time, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. However, there are many ongoing clinical trials evaluating potential treatments.
In this situation, the best way to prevent and slow down transmission. The best way to prevent spreading the SARS-CoV-2 virus includes staying at home, washing hands properly and regularly (minimum for 20 sec) and using Alcohol-based Hand Rub or Hand Sanitizer frequently, avoiding touching the face (mouth, nose, eyes), use mask in outside of the house, keep maintaining social distance, covering the mouth when sneezing or coughing, avoiding crowds and gathering. Prevention is always better than cure. And in the coronavirus crisis, prevention is not only better but also the best way to overcome this crisis.
